Getting Started

To be eligible to participate in the 20/20 referral promotion you must meet the following criteria:

- The Current member (member making the referral) is active

- New member must not have had an active Y membership after August 31, 2024

- New member has not been referred by another current member

OR

- Both members are new and must not have had an active Y membership after August 31,2024

In the case where both members are new, only one person needs to submit the form.
