Release/Agreement Form

In consideration of my engagement as a client, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to "Temira Decay" or "Yellow Bubbles" his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom Yellow Bubbles Photography, represented by Temira Duncan is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission:

I accept as compensation for this session Digital Images in JPG format that I will download from my private online gallery. I understand that no free prints or other compensation will be provided. I understand that images are provided in this format as described.

The Photographer reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. The client agreeing this contract warrants that he/she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the Photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. All digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of this Photographer.

I am authorized to use these images for private use and purposes of self-promotion on web site profile pages, portfolio, and any other non-commercial use. I understand that any commercial use of the images on my part is a violation of this contract. Commercial use is described as event flyers, posters for sale, album covers, or magazines. I acknowledge and agree not to publish or reprint any photos that do not have the photographer's logo/credit attached, unless the photographer provides consent. I agree not to edit or "play with" images without photographer's consent.

I acknowledge and agree that this release and agreement to hold harmless shall continue indefinitely, regardless of whether any Released Image used within the scope of this Agreement causes me in the future to feel embarrassed, ashamed, degraded or otherwise injured in any manner.

I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have
read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution; I fully understand the contents thereof. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns. I certify that as of the date of this photoshoot, I was above the age of majority (18) or I had my parent/guardian present for the duration of the shoot. If under the age of 18, my parent/guardian has filled out this form in my behalf.

Customize Your Image Release

MAGAZINE SUBMITTING: If you would like us to submit your images for potential publication in magazines, e-zines, and/or books, please authorize below. If we release one (1) image for sneak peek, no other images can be released. Releasing additional images may void publication. We do not guarantee publication. * 🛈

I authorize Temira Decay/Yellow Bubbles/Spoiled Cherry/their associates to review and Submit my images to Magazine(s). I agree not to release any submitted images without their consent until a) the publication has been released or b) we deem the images rejected.
