Welcome to the 2024 REimagine! Conference and Expo and thank you for becoming an exhibitor and/or sponsor! The sooner you book your booth space, the more choices you have in positioning on the trade show floor, so we're glad you're booking now.

Please submit your current logo for use on the REimagine! event website, in the event app, and in the exhibit hall floor plan.
 
Maximum logo dimensions are 360 x 360 pixels, but smaller logos of 360 x <360 px will work fine as well.  Any logos submitted larger than 360 x <360 will appear distorted in the event app. 
 
Submitting your logo as an EPS file allows us to place it on color backgrounds and resize as necessary without jeopardizing image quality.

TITANIUM SPONSORSHIP

IMPORTANT NOTE: Booths with NO corners are now in extremely limited supply.  Please check the floorplan.  Depending on availability, you may need to add a corner in order to reserve a booth.

Multiple 10x10 booths can be combined together to create a booth space. For instance, if you'd like to purchase a 20x20 booth you can choose a space on the floor where you see four 10x10's grouped together as an island, and they will be combined to create one 20x20 space.

Please note: Your booth assignment will be sent to you via separate confirmation email at a later date. Please be patient; you will receive this email as soon as we are able to confirm booth positioning. By completing this form and paying for your booth, you will be placed in a queue and booths will be assigned according to date stamp priority.

Meter boards are 3' 4" high and double-sided, with your messaging greeting attendees from both sides.
Each aisle of the exhibit hall is numbered with a HUGE 4' x 8' hanging sign, featuring your logo and booth number.  
One 5'x5' decal is placed at the beginning of an expo hall aisle OR one is placed in the registration area.

Please note we cannot confirm your participation until we receive payment in full.  Paying via paper check WILL slow down the process.  If at all possible, please pay via ACH or credit card.
When filling in your billing address, please make sure it matches the address your credit card issuer has on file for the account. The charge will be rejected if the addresses don't match.
To access ACH/eCheck payment system: After clicking "Next" at the bottom of the screen, select "Pay with Credit Card." Under "Payment Method," select "US bank account." Note: Access to your financial institution is required to process ACH. If you don't have this access, select "Paper Check" and email staceyk@car.org for help with ACH transfer information.
