2021-22 Application for Committee Appointments

Unless otherwise specified in the USA Swimming Rules book or other governing documents, the Board Chair shall appoint all standing non-athlete committee members and chairs and the President & CEO shall appoint all operational committee members and chairs. If you are interested in serving on a committee, please complete this form no later than Friday, October 8, 2021. In order to be considered for an appointment to a committee, you must be a current member in good standing of USA Swimming. Thank you for your support.
