The 2024 USA Swimming Rulebook will be available sometime late December, early January. To help expedite the process, please complete this order form no later than than Friday, December 1, 2023 to request a FREE copy. After this date, they may be purchased through SwimOutlet.

USA Swimming will be sending each club, LSC Permanent Office, USA Swimming Board of Directors and the Rules and Regulations Committee a rulebook.
