IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Group air pricing is subject to a minimum of 10 travelers on the same exact itinerary (roundtrip).
If your group falls below the minimum of 10 passengers, pricing will increase to published airfare rates.
Deposits of $125.00 per person are 100% non-refundable unless you have optional travel insurance and you have cancelled for a covered reason.
Our relationship with our suppliers will allow us to book now at the best rate available with $125.00 per person deposit to lock in a price. Groupit Travel realizes the importance of fundraising for your youth for this event. This means that the price, oncea deposit is made, will not increase.
During the initial quote period we recommend that you get a quote for a higher estimate than a lower estimate. Up until 60 days prior your $125.00 per person deposit can be utilized for the group if number lowers. It is extremely difficult to add seats at the group pricing after the number is set. (For example, if you have a group of 20 and pay $2,500.00 deposit to lock in your airfare today and 65 days before 18 people is your total, the $250.00 can be put towards your final 18. If the decision is made 59 days prior the $250.00 would be lost.
A passenger list must be submitted to Groupit Travel no later than 50 days prior to departure for submission to the airline.
Final payent is due on or before 50 days prior to departure - no exceptions or you will lose your initial deposits and space.
Please note that group air pricing is not always the cheapest pricing available. However, it affords your group the benefits of fixed pricing for the entire group, reserved spacing for the group on the plane, confirmation with deposit payments and terms for final payments. We strongly recommend that you consider this in your decision, especially since there is never a guarantee that your group will be on the same flights if booking individually. This also makes facilitating your ground transportation and any potential excursions far easier and less expensive.
As a courtesy to your group, we have lowered our standard ticketing fee from $35.00 per ticket to $20.00 per ticket for this event which can be paid with your final payment.
We are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diner's Club for payments. We will accept either a group payment or individual payments. If you prefer to pay by check, please note there will be a delay in processing your group booking as we have to allow for ten (10) business days for funds verification UNLESS the check provided is a certified bank check.
