Hero Award Nomination

Each year The TEARS Foundation would like to say thank you to professionals in our community that go above and beyond to help a bereaved family during their time of need by acknowledging them at our annual Rock & Walk.

This year we are accepting applications for Hero's of Service (first-responders, firefighters, nurses, EMT, chaplains, and doctors). Fill out the attached form with email or address of nominee. Each nominee will receive a thank you letter and let them know that they may be chosen to be this year's Hero at their local Rock & Walk

Nominee Information - *Nominees should be a firefighter, EMT, nurse, or doctor who made an impact in the life of a bereaved family. Each Hero will receive a letter notifying them of their nomination. Both the you and the nominee will be notified if they are chosen as the 2020 Hero of Compassion.
