Deposit - Fifty-percent (50%) required upon measurements being taken or submitted – balance due upon pickup
Tuxedo Arrival and Pick-up - Tuxedos arrive the Wednesday before the event. To allow for replacements or alterations, each member should make an appointment to try on their items.
Adjustments or Replacements - Replacement requests made on Wednesday are fulfilled at no cost. If a party member is unable or unwilling to make themselves available on Wednesday, replacements may not be possible, or 2-day or over-night shipping fees will apply.
Out-of-Town Guests – Measurements may be taken locally by a professional tailor or seamstress and submitted using this form. Items ordered based on measurements not taken at Sweethearts are not guaranteed. Out-of-town guests are encouraged to arrive in town in sufficient time to try on their tuxedos. Please contact us for an appointment once travel plans are known.
Tuxedo Return - Tuxedos are due back the day following the event. We recommend that one person be selected to return all tuxedos.
Late Returns - A credit card must be kept on file, and late fees in the amount of $20.00 per day will apply for tuxedos not returned the day following the event.
