Terms and Conditions

• You must be registered in order to receive financial aid.

• All financial aid applications, documents, etc are kept strictly confidential
• Financial aid may be awarded in partial or full amounts
• Amounts are awarded based on a calculation of financial need, not on the player's athletic ability
• Once the budgeted amount of aid for a single year has been awarded no additional aid will be available

• Any financial aid amount is credited to the player's invoice for the team fee, it does not include, uniforms, coaches tournament expenses, additional tournaments, tournament personal expenses, etc

Deadlines:

• Financial Aid Applications must be submitted prior to the registration deadline. Applications submitted after the deadline may not be considered.

• Financial aid awards offers expire one week after the award is sent via email--this is to ensure available funds are allocated to players who register. If no response is received after one week, funds may be allocated to other players.

Financial Aid Checklist:

In order to be considered for financial aid, you must complete the following:

[ ] – Include your most recently filed tax return (Other documents may be accepted if it is official documentation of total family income).

[ ] – You may include any optional additional documentation that you feel may help your application or explain extenuating circumstances.

You must include Tax documentation. Applications cannot be processed until proof of total family income is received.
