Court Monitor Lead

Required Availability : At least two out of following 3 days and times

    • Friday 5:30pm to 11pm
    • Saturday 8 contiguous Hours between 9:30am to 11pm
    • Sunday (11:30am to 7:30pm)

Job Expectations : Lead by Example -  Team members look to the lead for clues on what’s acceptable and what’s not. It’s important for the lead to demonstrate strong work-ethics, WOW our guests with outstanding service and demonstrate dedication to continuously improving Sky Zone.

You are responsible to ensure that team members are meeting the 

Sky Zone standards for monitoring/enforcing court safety rules, stay motivated at all times during their shifts. As the lead, you are also responsible to teach and enforce best practices/tips for running each court that provides the best WoW experience (ex: Introducing yourself to the guests, remembering guest names, running a great dodgeball game, staying active on main court and sky slam etc.). You will keep a list of To dos ready to assign to team members for slow times. Cleaning, court inspections, fixing straps, pads etc.. Maintain a smile and friendly demeanor at all times.

Event Assistant : You will work directly with all guests to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance through out an event life cycle including sale, booking and execution. Working closely with operations manaager and Events lead, you will ensure that all aspects of each individual party and group event are met and accommodated. Prior sales and/or event planning experience a plus. 

 
Cashiers : You are the first person our guests will meet: therefore your primary goal is to start them off with a WOW experience while completing their sales transaction and introducing them to our park. You will also answer phones, ensure the facility common areas are kept clean and provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
 
Court Monitors : Provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance / education while enforcing Sky Zone safety regulations, ensure courts are cleaned and well maintained. Maturity and a SMILE is a MUST! Life Guard experience highly desired.
 
Event/Party Host : The Event Host will work with kids and adults to create a fun and engaging experience for event guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety regulations. During a typical event, for example, the Host would greet / check in party guests and verify waiver compliance, set up/clean up party room promptly, serve food and beverages, etc. The Event Hot will also be expected to assist with cleaning facility common areas
