- Drinks - Spirits (Whiskey, Rum, Liqueurs, Innovation spirits - (No Gin)
- Dairy (Milk, Cream and Butter)
- Meat (Beef and Venison)
- Shellfish (Crab, Langoustines, Lobster and Scallops)
All suppliers must be SALSA accredited as a minimum
