Exhibits:
Exhibit tables are available for affiliate members. The exhibit fee is $75 and includes one 6-foot table and an extension cord for basic electricity. Internet (hard-wired or wifi) is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Information for hotel internet options can be provided by NPSA staff.
Spouse and Guest Registration:
This registration includes social functions only (breakfasts, lunches, receptions). If your guest wishes to attend the General Session and/or Shellers Forum, they must pay the full registration fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Meeting registrations are refundable through Thursday, August 29. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from each refunded registration. No refunds are provided after August 29.
Non-Member Policy
A non-member can attend a meeting with the approval of the Chair and Executive Director. If this non-member is an employee of a company that meets the criteria for membership as a Sheller or Affiliate member, that company may attend only one meeting as a non-member over three years. If the non-member represents a company that is not qualified to be a member company of NPSA, such as a reporter, the decision to approve their request to attend an NPSA meeting is made on a case-by-case basis by the Chair and Executive Director.
