Residential/Commuter Package Information

We will not be requesting payment until after you have been accepted to our program, but we would like to know now, so we can reserve your place, if you anticipate needing one of our 40 residential beds, or if you will be commuting to Newsroom by the Bay each day. *

Technology and Tools

Tell us what kinds of tools you will be bringing to camp so that we can anticipate and prepare for your technology needs. If you're not bringing tools, not to worry — you'll be able to check out laptops, iPads and digital cameras from the NBTB Tech Library. We'll also contact you with a list of free/recommended apps you can download before camp begins. *

Financial assistance

Newsroom by the Bay is committed to ensuring diversity in the classroom so that the newsrooms of tomorrow reflect our society as a whole. A limited amount of financial aid is available for students who qualify for the federal free and reduced price lunch program.  Details are available here.  Applications for campers requesting financial assistance are due March 1.

Billing Contact Information

Please make sure you include your student's name when making your payment so that we can properly credit your account.
