Entry Payment *

I confirm that I can pay my entry fee of $120 before 31 May. Payment methods are either via direct credit or payment online with credit card.

Arrival & Departure *

I understand that my tractor must arrive on Tuesday 9th June between 1.00pm - 3.00pm via Gate 5 for a 3.00pm briefing.

You tractor must stay on site until Sunday 14th June.

Health & Safety Terms and Conditions

HEALTH & SAFETY ACT 2015

All competitors on site must comply with the Health & Safety Act 2015, failure to do so may result in you being removed from site

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

▪ Hi Viz with reflective stripes to be worn on pack in day and in the service areas
▪ Appropriate closed in footwear should be worn at all times
▪ Use other PPE, hearing, eyes, hands, as required for your own safety

REPORTING OF INCEDENTS
▪ You must report any incidents, near misses, no matter how minor

SITE RULES - General

▪ Pay attention and adhere to all warning signs and barriers in place for safety
▪ Dogs are not permitted onsite except for guide dogs
▪ You are NOT permitted to bring children under the age of 16 into the competitors area
(this applies at all times during the event)
