Digging Deeper Into Debate, With Parliamentary Practice

Each day, students will explore skills and strategies for competing in Parliamentary debate.
They will learn terminology, quick research and case construction, as well as clear communication.

who qualified nationally in Lincoln Douglas and Parliamentary debate.

Ages 16+ OR with one year of TP or LD debate experience

By signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility for and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property associated with the Mars Hill Speech and Debate Camp activities and events organized and hosted by Julie Fritz, Mars Hill Speech and Debate Club, and First Baptist Church of Fountain Hills.

I understand and confirm that by signing this WAIVER AND RELEASE, I have given up considerable future legal rights. I have signed this agreement freely, voluntarily, and under no duress. My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional WAIVER AND RELEASE of all liability to the full extent of the law. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this agreement.

Photo Waiver and Release

I hereby grant permission to Mars Hill Speech and Debate to use my / my child or ward’s photograph on its World Wide Web site or in other official printed publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge the Camp and Club’s right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also acknowledge that the Camp/Club may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date.

I also understand that once my / my child or ward’s image is posted on the Mars Hill Speech and Debate Club website or social media, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims all employees, volunteers, officers and board members of Mars Hill Speech and Debate Club.
