Coaching & Accountability

As part of your congregation's UMFA grant, you will receive 2 coaching phone calls from a Center for Vitality leadership coach. Every coach assigned is an clergyperson with International Coaching Federation approved training. Coaching is not teaching, consulting, supervision, or remediation. Instead, it is the art and practice of guiding a person or group from where they are toward the greater competence and fulfillment that they and God desire.
