District Superintendent's Resident Recommendation & Evaluation Form

Your honest, prayerful consideration in the Evaluation and Recommendation is essential to the success of our BOM process. Please take a few moments to consider each question, and please be specific. This form goes to Dr. Blake Bradford, the BOM Residency Director (BOMresidency@arumc.org) and is due January 31.

While you are welcomed and encouraged to share your evaluation with the resident, this evaluation is not shared with the resident by the BOM unless fair process rules require it.

If you (or the Bishop/Cabinet) wishes to submit a longer letter of evaluation, please send letter to the BOM Office at BOM@arumc.org.
