Concussion Policy

A youth athlete who is suspected of sustaining a concussion or head injury in a practice or game shall be removed from competition at that time. A youth athlete who has been removed from play may not return to play until the athlete is evaluated by a licensed health care provider trained in the evaluation and management of concussion and receives written clearance to return to play from that health care provider. Fundraising policy

Every athlete will be required to participate in league sanctioned fundraising events. Fundraising ensures that the league is able to upgrade equipment and keep registration costs down.

We will be having a raffle this year. Every athlete will be required to sell at least 10 raffle tickets. It is a competition between teams and players. The highest selling players will win a prize and the highest selling team will win a pizza party.

Player fee is $70 for one player and $60 for a second. This fee covers secondary insurance and jersey.

As a parent or legal guardian, I give my permission for the above named child to participate in the Kelso Youth Football program. I understand that I can hold no one liable (other than the insurance provider under its limits) in the event my child is injured while participating in this program.
