Please note that with your booth registration, the 1st distributor registrant is complimentary. This registration has been confirmed with the booth contract.
 
**All registrants in this category will need to be approved by APEX. Once you submit your registration in this category, an APEX staff member will contact you to confirm your registration.

Please provide the following information that will be used to create your appointment group and schedule.  NOTE, it is important that your appointment group listing is final as your schedule will be made with these individuals. Changes to appointment groups cannot be made after 21 March.

Note, that with your company's booth registration, the 1st distributor registrant is complimentary. This registration has been confirmed with the booth contract. Each additional distributor from your company must register individually.
Note: members from a vendor company (that are not a distributor/exhibitor or CSP) can attend event functions (meals, networking event, education sessions), but do not attend appointments between distributors and purchasers (airlines & CSPs).

VAT / Tax ID Number

The current Value Added Tax (VAT) rate is 23% in Portugal.
Note: If your company does not currently have a VAT number, you will be charged Portugal's 23% VAT rate in addition to your normal booth costs. 

Payment Information

All delegates will receive an invoice once registration form is vetted and VAT numbers (if applicable) are verified. Payments will be accepted once you receive your invoice.

Registration and Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are refundable through 21 March 2013, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 21 March 2013. APEX reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.  Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes. 

Credentials:
Badges will be available for pickup at the event.
