Fees, Policies and Procedures

$25 Registration Fee Per Family. Complete registration is required to participate.

T-shirt fee is $15 per shirt

Camp Dates: Monday, June 3, 2024 through Friday, August 02, 2024. Closed for summer vacation week Monday 7/1 - Friday 7/5 (There is no charge for this week)

Camp Hours: (Complimentary Early Drop off beginning at 7:30 a.m. / Complimentary Late pick up by 6:00 pm) Camp hours are from 9:00 am to 4 pm. Campers are allowed to bring electronics daily.

Summer Camp Weekly Fee: Ages 5 - 12
$205 per week, per child (Currently enrolled at TASZA)
$215 per week, per child (Not currently enrolled at TASZA)

Fee Includes: Freshly-prepared hot lunch, nutritious afternoon snack, all activities and 3 to 4 field trips per week. (Lunch is not provided Monday July 29 - Thursday August 1, please send a bag lunch and drink with your child on these days)

We will be closed Monday, August 5th - Wednesday, August 7th and will resume normal after school care hours on Thursday, August 8th which is the 1st day of school for Lexington/Richland #5 Students.

A place is provided for your child during the summer. Therefore, you are expected to pay for this time whether your child attends or not. No refunds or credits are given for absences due to illness, holidays, personal time off, etc. TASZA will be closed for summer holiday the week of July 1 - July 5. There is no charge for this week.

Tuition Payment: Tuition is due upon arrival on Monday of each attended week. Payments will be automatically drafted on Monday of each attended week. A $5 per day late payment fee will be charged for payments processed after Monday of the attended week.

Late Pickup Fee: A $1.00 per minute, per child late fee will be charged for pick-up after 6:00 PM and will be due upon late arrival. When late pickup occurs, your credit card on file will be charged the late pick-up fee.

I understand that there are risks of physical injury to me or my minor child from participating in activities offered The After School Zone Academy, LLC. I understand these risks and have had an opportunity to inquire into these risks. I agree to release and discharge The After School Zone Academy, LLC and its agents, employees and volunteers from all liability for any injury while on-site, off-site or during transportation to me or my minor child from negligence. If I or my child becomes injured, I authorize The After School Zone Academy, LLC to assist with procuring proper medical care. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs.

I authorize The After School Zone Academy, LLC to use any video footage and/or photograph(s) taken of me or my child while enrolled in The After School Zone Academy, LLC programs/activities and waive any and all claims that I may have or claim to have resulting from reproductions thereof. I give the above named child(ren) my permission to participate in The After School Zone Academy, LLC activities, including off-site field trips and transportation for these trips. I agree to abide by the guidelines of this program and understand that failure to do so may result in my child’s removal from The After School Zone Academy, LLC.

I am responsible for signing my child(ren) in/out each day and notifying The After School Zone Academy, LLC regarding any changes in the registration information provided. I understand that discipline is training which develops self-control, character and social competence. Therefore, if TASZA is unable to meet the emotional or behavioral needs of my child, I will be notified and withdrawal will be arranged.

I understand that The After School Zone Academy, LLC is not responsible nor liable for damage/lost of personal property, electronic devices/games, cell phones, etc.

I have read and agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by this program and understand that failure to do so may result in my child’s removal from The After School Zone Academy, LLC Summer Camp Program.
