Thank you for your interest in attending JFN West’s 3rd Annual Regional Convening, "Be the Difference: Accelerating Impact, Empowering Change." on November 6 and 7 in Los Angeles.

JFN seeks to ensure that our eligibility rules are applied to all registered attendees. To request approval to register, please complete the form below for you and the members of your foundation, organization, or family you would like to register.

Please note: This form is only to request approval to register for the event; it is not your registration. Once approved, you will be sent an Access Code and will be pointed to the actual registration form where you can enter the code, your information, and payment.
