JFN Mentor Matching

Thank you for your interest in being matched with a mentor in the field. Mentorship can provide an incredible opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues. Effective mentorship requires a dedication of time by both mentor and mentee, a developmental approach to the engagement, and adherence to norms of ethical professional conduct. Before being matched with a mentor, all mentees will be asked to sign a short form agreeing to at least three calls or meetings each year with their mentors and committing to a straightforward code of conduct. Mentors are asked to agree to the same.

In order to help us match you to the right mentor, please provide us a little information about you. A JFN team member may follow up by email or phone for additional details.

Thank you again!
