JFN seeks to ensure that our eligibility rules are applied to all registered attendees. To request approval to register, please complete the form below for you and the members of your foundation, organization, or family you would like to register.

Please note: The staff of nonprofit (grant-seeking) organizations are not eligible to register for the conference. If you are not a funder or do not work for a funder, please review our eligibility rules before proceeding.
