Volunteer Check-in: Helping volunteers navigate check-in, position locations, registration and Easter roles.

Volunteer Food Service: Serve and care for teams supporting Easter; serving them breakfast, lunch and dinner during presentation days/times.

Easter Cast & Crew Volunteer Recruitment - Select an Option

Cast Hospitality / Food Service: Provide assistance and hospitality to cast and crew through meal preparation, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cleaning up areas at the end of the day.

Crew Team: Manage quiet transitions of cast and crew through the hall during actors’ passage. Open and close doors to ensure the cast is able to get to the WC and stage. Keeping doors closed when not in use.

Easter Tear Down Team: Reset rooms after final performance on 3/31/24 at about 5:30 PM until complete to remove set pieces, collect props & costumes.

Facilities:

Help keep bathrooms in clean condition.

Guest Experience - Select an Option

Outdoor Greeter - YOUTH TEAM: Provide a welcoming environment to guests as they enter.

Outdoor Greeter – ADULT LEADER: Lead and support the youth students serving on the outdoor welcome team.

Hosts/Greeters: Guide and direct people in the appropriate directions.

Meet & Greet: Connect first-time guests and new believers to the church community.

Golf Cart Drivers: Drive guests to the doors of our church from the parking lot. (minimum age 14)

Parking Lot Directors: Help guests navigate parking easily and efficiently.

Shuttle Bus Drivers: Shuttle guests to and from bus tops and transit stations. (minimum age 21 with 3 years of experience)

Online Prayer Host Volunteers:

Interact with our online viewers. Provide and uplift viewers in prayer, support, and encouragement.

Spanish Ministry - Select an Option

Spanish Greeter Team: Greet and help Spanish speakers connect to our translation services. *These opportunities will be only available at our presentations with Spanish translation.

Spanish Meet and Greet Team: Meet new Spanish speaking guests during the Easter event, make them feel welcome, pray for them, and give updated information about our church events and activities.

Small Group Grade Leaders - (assigned to a specific grade of kids leading them to all activities throughout the day and provides overall leadership and care for kids)

Missions Team - (helps lead and support missions rotation activities and projects)

Rally & Bible Team - (helps lead and support large group activities during rallies and Bible teaching)

Worship Team - (lead kids in worship through dance and motions)

Buddies Team - (partner with a child who will need additional care and support throughout the day)
