Helpful Tips:
  • Be sure to turn off Auto Correct on your device
  • Have your child with you during registration for signing the forms
  • When saving medical forms, Save As and add your name to the form name

The best way to begin is to update your Jeffco Connect account first, because it is the location for parents to complete their student's contact and demographic information and can be done from any computer that has an internet connection. This is also the site to access the Jeffco Student Fee Payment and meal payment systems.  

The medical forms (that pertain to your student) need to be printed ​so they can be filled out and signed by you and your healthcare professional. It’s best to use a computing device you can save to and print from. After that you may mail/fax/hand deliver them to the school.  You are also welcome to email documentation to our Clinic Aide, Angie Murray at amurray@jajags.com

Athletic Registration is completed in a separate process from the school registration.  Please contact Mrs. Desjarlais at sdesjarlais@jajags.com for more information.

Step 1
School Registration Begins: Here
Every parent and student will be required to read and complete the Jefferson Academy Secondary registration.
                  
Step 2
Update Jeffco Connect: Here
 
Every parent and student with a Jeffco Connect account will be REQUIRED to apply a digital signature to the Agreements provided by Jefferson County Public Schools.
 
New to JA students won't have the ability to log into Jeffco Connect at this time but we will be working with them through Orientation to assist them with that piece.
 
You are also required to update your Jeffco Connect accounts for every student enrolled at Jefferson Academy.
                  
Step 3
Student Health Inventory: Here
Everyone will be required to complete the health inventory form.
                  
Step 4
Immunizations and Medications: 
Provide any immunization updates (info here) and medication needs (forms here) to the school's clinic aide on the first day of school.

11th & 12th Grade Students ONLY: Here
Only eligible Juniors and Seniors will be asked to complete this section.
 
DO NOT PAY THE PARKING FEES AT THIS TIME.  We are making adjustments to
those fees and will let everyone know when that fee can and should be paid.
