IMoMA POLICY
Show Placement
Show placement is first come, first serve, without regard to past show placement. You must make a deposit to secure your spot.
Deadlines, Payment Schedule and Refunds
November 15th is the deadline for submissions. IMoMA is penalized for last minute changes with our providers.
November 15th is the deadline for payments. If there is a payment due after November 15th, your space will be dropped and no refund issued.
November 15th is the deadline to receive a refund of any table fees.
In the unlikely event that IMoMA had to cancel the show, you will be refunded for your table space.
At the show, there will be no changing your selected package. Table linens are provided but you may bring your own.
Writing a bad check will incur fees that must be passed onto the issuer.
Contract Submissions
IMoMA will distribute paper contracts by request only. Online submissions are highly preferred. Newsletters and announcements will also distributed electronically. If you don't have a computer and are in the USA, you can access a computer at your local public library at: http://www.publiclibraries.com/. There is staff on-hand to help. If you require a paper contract, they will be available at IMOMALV.COM.
Online submissions paid by debit or credit card are time stamped when submitted successfully (you will see a confirmation of submission). However, if online submission is paid for by check, the submission time will be when check is received and cleared.
Paper submissions will be prioritized by postmark date. Both paper and online submissions will have a follow-up with booth placement.
HOTEL
Room Reservations
You can call the Palace Station at (800) 634-3101 and provide the group code: PCIIMOM (will be on website: https://imomalv.com/index.php/hotel-2/). When you book your room at the Palace Station under our room block you will be entered into drawings at the show.
Changing Room Reservations and Room Cancellations
Please contact Palace Station directly for room reservations. If you still need additional assistance after contacting Palace Station, please contact us at IMoMALV@gmail.com. Cancellations for rooms fall under the Palace Station Hotel & Casino's cancellation policy (not IMoMAs). For the latest information about the cancellation policy, please contact the hotel directly at: (800) 634-3101 or observe the cancellation policy while booking online. Cut off day for making reservations will be Monday, January 22, 2024. Pricing increases by over $80-$120, after this date and IMoMA cannot secure group rates after the deadline.
We highly request all dealers book a minimum of 2 nights at the Palace Station.
Wifi Connectivity
Wifi is available in the show room for credit card transactions.
Exhibiting Space & Trade Show Guidelines
All literature, product packaging, sales slips, signed or initialled items, must correspond to the assigned business name.
Each transaction should have a detailed receipt with item description, price, and contact information.
Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted on the exhibit floor during the wholesale portion of the show, adult workshops, or during set up. Children over 12 can be pre-approved as one of the two designated associates for any exhibitor. Children 5 and up will be permitted in the retail portion of the show with adult supervision. Children must meet the set designated age requirement of any children’s workshops as mentioned upon sign-up to be admitted to that workshop. No strollers are permitted in the showroom.
Exhibitors must stay for the full duration of the show (no early teardown).
Liability Insurance
Exhibitors will provide and pay for their own insurance to cover personal or property loss/damage. IMoMA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the show is cancelled, participates will not hold IMoMA. or the hotel liable. Participates release the members of the IMoMA and their assistants from all liability from injury or loss to property.
Lunches at the Palace Station
Wholesale exhibitors are provided up to 2 lunches per show day.
Retail exhibitors are provided up to 1 lunch per show day.
