IMoMA POLICY
Show Placement
Show placement is first come, first serve, without regard to past show placement. You must make a 50% deposit to secure your spot. If you wish to be next to another dealer both must register and pay on the same day and participate in the same shows. We cannot place a retail dealer next to a wholesale-only dealer. Placement is based on the number of tables. Please contact us to inquire about specific placements.
Deadlines, Payment Schedule, and Refunds
Later registration is subject to placement outside the main ballroom once full, based on first come, first serve.
Deadline to Register is November 1st, 2024
The deadline to request refunds is November 15th, 2024, and the second payment must be received by this date (an electronic invoice will be sent to you for the remaining balance).
In the unlikely event that IMoMA has to cancel the show, you will be refunded for your table space.
At the show, there will be no changing your selected package. Table linens are provided, but you may bring your own.
Writing a bad check will incur fees that must be passed on to the issuer.
Contract Submissions
IMoMA will distribute paper contracts by request only. A $20 charge will be incurred for paper submissions. Online submissions are highly preferred. Newsletters and announcements will also be distributed electronically. If you don't have a computer and are in the USA, you can access a computer at your local public library at http://www.publiclibraries.com/. There is staff on hand to help. If you require a paper contract, it will be available at IMOMALV.COM.
Online submissions paid by debit or credit card are time-stamped when they are submitted successfully (you will see a submission confirmation). However, if online submission is paid for by check, the submission time will be when a check is received and cleared.
Paper submissions will be prioritized by postmark date. Both paper and online submissions will have a follow-up with booth placement.
HOTEL
Room Reservations
You can call the Gold Coast at (800) 331-5334 and provide the group code: IMOB25C. Online booking is available at this link: https://imomalv.com/index.php/hotel-2/). Be aware of third-party booking emails that replicate IMoMA, do not book through email links unless it's from our email. It's safer to book directly with the hotel or through our website.
Changing Room Reservations and Room Cancellations
Please contact Gold Coast directly for room reservation changes. If you still need additional assistance after contacting Gold Coast, please contact us at IMoMA.LV@gmail.com. Cancellations for rooms fall under the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino's cancellation policy (not IMoMA's). For the latest information about the cancellation policy, please contact the hotel directly at (800) 331-5334 or observe the cancellation policy while booking online. Room Block Deadline: 1/17/2025. If the room block fills before the deadline, rates are subject to increase at the hotel's discretion. Room rates increase after the deadline date, and IMoMA cannot secure our group rates.
We highly request all dealers book at least 2 nights at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino.
Wifi Connectivity
Wifi is available in the showroom for credit card transactions.
Exhibiting Space & Trade Show Guidelines
All literature, product packaging, sales slips, and signed or initiated items must correspond to the assigned business name.
No table sharing.
Each transaction should have a detailed receipt with an item description, price, and contact information.
Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted on the exhibit floor during the wholesale portion of the show, adult workshops, or during set up. Children over 12 can be pre-approved as one of the two designated associates for any exhibitor. Children 5 and up will be permitted in the retail portion of the show with adult supervision. Children must meet the set designated age requirement of any children’s workshops as mentioned upon sign-up to be admitted to that workshop. No strollers are permitted in the showroom.
All dealers must be fully set up before the show opens. Please, no late setup. Exhibitors must stay for the full duration of the show. No early teardown.
Liability Insurance
Exhibitors will provide and pay for their own insurance to cover personal or property loss/damage. IMoMA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If the show is canceled, participants will not hold IMoMA or the hotel liable. Participants release the members of IMoMA and their assistants from all liability for injury or loss to property.
Lunches at the Gold Coast
Wholesale exhibitors are provided up to 2 lunches per show day. If you only need one lunch, please let us know.
Retail exhibitors are provided up to 1 lunch per show day. Purchase your helpers' lunch separately on the registration form.
An exciting hot buffet lunch will be provided to vendors. Only tickets get you a lunch; badges will not get you a plate!
