IMoMA POLICY
Absentee exhibitor fee is $200 for the wholesale show only (retail not included). This provides you 2' x 30" wide of shared table space. Displays are not required.
What is an absentee dealer? Any dealer that cannot travel to Las Vegas, who may have limited products, new to the industry, or international dealers who don't want to travel.
Exhibitor agrees to allow IMoMA to withhold 20% of total sales, plus $20.00 per box handing fee and UPS/Fed Ex charges for return shipments shall be exhibitors' responsibility. Exhibitors acknowledge that their merchandise will be returned within 14 working days after the close of the IMoMA Show. Exhibitors agree that IMoMA Staff will organize and display merchandise at its complete and sole discretion while taking any exhibitions requests for setup and display into consideration. We cannot guarantee any specific set up, product arrangements, or custom display requests.
Inventory list/Price must be included with each box. Each product must be labeled with company name and wholesale price. Merchandise that arrives without being properly labeled with at least initials of dealer's company and price will not be sold. Broken items will not be sold or displayed.
Return Merchandise Value
What value do you want to insure your return shipment, if product is not sold out?
UPS will not accept P.O. Box No. Value of return shipment, first $100.00 is n/c, each hundred thereafter is $0.35.

I have read and will conform to the IMoMA policy and guidelines regarding show participation. Failure to comply may result in the loss of opportunity to sell at future IMoMA shows.
Indemnity/Release of Liability
Exhibitor agrees that IMoMA shall not be responsible for or be held to any liability for loss of or damage to goods or property of the exhibitor, including loss caused by theft or any other cause of the disappearance. It shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitor to maintain insurance coverage against injury to persons or damage to or loss of property or to meet its obligations under this agreement in such amounts as the exhibitor shall deem adequate. IMoMA will not provide insurance.
Submitting a contract acknowledges all policy, procedures, and guidelines presented.
