IDEX Accelerator is a six-month fellowship experience designed for aspiring social intrapreneurs who want to take control of their career path while helping to address society's most pressing problems. IDEX’s mission is to create the next wave of “social intrapreneurs” who will support, lead and advance the work of socially-focused enterprises around the world. Over the 10 year period of its existence, IDEX has worked with human capital from a wide cross section of the social sector and purposefully aligned the most passionate of talents with the mission and vision of specific organisations / programs / project missions.The current fellowship model is tailored to provide relevant hands-on training on major topics related to the following learning labs:

Human Centred Design/Design thinking/Community engagement
Resource Mobilization/Grants/Collaborations
Monitoring & Evaluation/ Impact Assessment

In providing the aforementioned skills, we work with small grassroots organizations and start-ups, medium size enterprises and NGOs as well as large global institutions, and a spectrum of organizations in between to provide meaningful and relevant experiences to the fellows while also helping these organisations solve their most pressing challenges. The cohort of Fellows works together with their mentors to develop real and workable solutions for a case challenge partner organization in either of the selected learning labs (as stated above).

This form seeks to invite organizations who would like to become case challenge partners for our stated learning labs for the fellowship program scheduled to start in January 2021. This process will afford the selected organization an opportunity to utilise the developed solution for the development of their organization, while providing a platform for nurturing talent of the IDEX Fellows program.
