Thank you for your interest in our third annual Holiday Bazaar!

About the Bazaar:
Hyde Park School of Dance's annual Holiday Bazaar is a festive family affair for the members of our typically sold-out audience for The Nutcracker, which takes place in an 800+ capacity theatre under the same roof, and members of the public alike in beautiful McCormick Tribune Lounge. Kids will meet the characters of The Nutcracker while their parents mingle over holiday treats and finish up their holiday shopping with a variety of local vendors.

We're looking forward to a great Holiday Bazaar this year!

To apply:
To apply to be a vendor, please review the Vendor Guidelines in full (available here) and complete the fields below.  You will be notified of your application's status within two weeks by Lindy Wordlaw, HPSD Holiday Bazaar Co-Chair.  

Submitting your application via this online form is the preferred method of application.  However, you may also download a PDF version of the application form (here) and submit it as outlined in the Vendor Guidelines if you prefer a paper application or non-credit card method of payment.

Vendor agrees to abide the stated guidelines and understands that failure to comply can result in refusal of Vendor Application or expulsion from the Holiday Bazaar. *

Payment Information

Please enter your card information here.  Your card will be charged within 48 hours of your application being submitted. 

Upon acceptance as a vendor by the Holiday Bazaar Committee, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If an application is declined, the payment will be returned.
