Welcome to Hayfields! If you are a frequently visited customer and would like to have the convenience of a house account, please sign up below. A house account allows you to walk in or order over the phone, simply say your name and save your purchase to your account. No need to pay when you come in.

 

Hayfields will charge your credit card on a weekly basis. All charges will be based on and agreed upon at time of service. If there is a discrepancy with the charge please contact the owner within one week of the charge in question.

 

You may cancel your house account at anytime. There is no initial fee and no cancellation fee.

All house accounts are subject to termination at owners consideration due to insufficient payment or any other liable aspect.
