FBW Smart¢ents Enrollment and Disclosure Form

I authorize Farmers Bank of Willards to round up my debit card transactions to the nearest dollar amount and transfer the amount, in excess of the purchase price, from my checking account to my selected savings account within one business day after the debit transaction posts to my account.

The program applies to consumer accounts only. To participate in the FBW Smart₵ents service, I will need a valid checking account, savings account and VISA Debit Card.  Eligible savings accounts include personal Money Market, Statement Savings or Christmas Savings and FB Kids Saver Club.  I understand that enrollment in the FBW Smart¢ents Program will cause all debit card transactions made by me or any joint owner to round up to the nearest dollar and transfer the difference to the designated savings account.  Transfers will be processed at the end of the business day in which they are created. 

Farmers Bank of Willards will not round up purchases posted for any transaction in which I do not have sufficient funds in my checking account and the round up transfer will be cancelled for that transaction. Round up transfers will resume the following day, or on the next day that sufficient funds are available. If any debit card transaction is subsequently cancelled or disputed, the corresponding transfer to your designated account will not be reversed and the funds will remain in my designated savings account. ATM transactions are not included in the program. I may cancel my enrollment in this program at any time by contacting Farmers Bank of Willards at 410-835-8906 or by visiting any branch location.  Farmers Bank of Willards may cancel or modify the FBW Smart₵ents service at any time, without prior notice.
