RAMCO Class Cancellation Policy: Your registration reserves a space in class for you if space is available. To release your registration, you must cancel or reschedule at least four or more working days prior to the class date to be eligible for a refund of the class fee or apply it to a new class. If you find a need to cancel or reschedule on any of the three working days prior to class, you may send a substitute to use your registration. If you cancel on or after the day of class, or do not attend the class, the class fee must be paid and is not refundable or transferrable to a new class date.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your registration by email within two business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please notify our office.
Prerequisites: You agree that the student registering for the above class(es) meets all prerequisite standards. Pretests are available on this site for most classes. If you have any questions, please contact a training advisor.
Free Repeat Policy: Repeat any class, on a space-available basis, for up to three months (90 days) on current software versions. After students have taken the class and applied some of their new knowledge on the job, a refresher course offers the opportunity to reinforce new skills and attain a more in-depth understanding. Simply call our office no more than 4 business days before the date of the class you would like to attend in order to confirm current availability and to register for your free retake benefit. Learners must bring their original training manual to the new class.
Payment: RAMCO accepts company checks, RAMCO vouchers, VISA, MC, and AMEX. You will receive an invoice/receipt attached to your confirmation email. Checks and vouchers should be sent to the address at the bottom of this page on or before the day of class (except for those companies which have been preapproved) or given to the instructor on the day of class.
