General Information:
All of your payments to Personal Touch Travel are non-refundable & non-transferrable due to contractual obligations to the hotel.

Please register in the name listed on your government-issued photo id that you will utilize for travel.
You must remit the required monthly payments on your reservation after your initial deposit. Failure to make your required payments will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid towards the reservation. Note: If cancellation occurs, the room occupancy will be amended and the rate revised accordingly. We must enforce this policy due to our contractural obligations.
Packages do not include transporation to New Orleans.
You will be required to present a credit card or cash for incidentals.
All bookings that are not paid in full by the final payment date will be assessed a $50 fee.
Concert tickets maybe purchased directly from TicketMaster.
Hotel confirmations will be mailed 21 days prior to the event.
Additional nights maybe added based on availability.
