Please refer to the Constitution of the Rotary Club of Castle Hill, Article 9 Section 3. This prescribes the requirements for excused attendances. Members must apply to the Board for Leave of Absence if 4 weeks or more is needed, and show good cause. Up to 12 months may be granted, but this can be extended by the Board for medical reasons if needed. General excuse from attendance may be granted to a member whose age plus years of Rotary service is at least 85. The Board will consider the application and confirm its decision by return email.
