Request to Transfer

This request should be completed only for requests to transfer between units in a property. Residents wishing to re-locate to another property managed by T&L Properties should complete an application for that specific location.

In general, in order to be considered eligible for transfer, Tenant will need to be a resident in good standing. A resident will be considered in good standing if none of the following exist:

History of late rent payments within the 6 months preceding the transfer request or any outstanding balance due at the time of request
Lease violations within the 6 months preceding the transfer request
Valid complaints against the household for disturbance, inter-tenant relations, etc. within the 6 months preceding the transfer request
Damage to the tenant’s current unit above and beyond normal wear and tear
Housekeeping issues or concerns

Reason for Transfer Request *

I understand that if I am within a lease term that isn’t month-to-month I will be required to pay a transfer fee of $200.00 if my request is approved. I also understand that a review of my rental history with T & L Properties, LLC, including a unit inspection, will be required to approve this request.

This form must be electronically signed by all adult household members.
