This request should be completed only for requests to transfer between units in a property.
Residents wishing to re-locate to another property managed by T&L Properties should complete an application for that specific location.
Requests to transfer units due to medical necessity are considered requests for reasonable accommodation; therefore the Reasonable Accommodation Request, completed by a care provider, should be submitted rather than the Request to Transfer.

Reason for Transfer Request
I/We understand that in order for a transfer request to be considered, I/we must have completed my/our initial lease term, and be a household in "good standing", which is defined by absence of any and all of the following within the six months preceding the request to transfer: late payments, lease violations, valid complaints against the household for disturbance, tenant relations, or similar issues, damage to the rental unit above and beyond normal wear and tear, housekeeping issues.
I/We understand that if my/our request is approved, I/we will be required to pay a $450 security deposit for the new unit before the unit can be held, the transfer scheduled, and/or the paperwork processing started.
I/We understand that I/we will be responsible for the un-subsidized rent on the new unit and the subsidized rent on the existing unit, until possession of the first unit is returned to the landlord.
I/We understand that a move-out inspection will be completed when I/we return possession of my/our current unit to the landlord to determine the refund of my current security deposit and/or additional charges.
This form must be electronically signed by all adult household members.
