I/We hereby give my/our written notice to vacate the apartment I/we am/are currently residing in. I/We plan to vacate the premises by 05:00 PM on:

I/We understand that if I/we have not fulfilled the term of my/our lease, breaking my/our lease may result in breach of lease charges including painting, carpet cleaning, and advertising fees, and that I/we may be held responsible for the full market rate rent through the term of my/our lease or until the apartment/townhome is re-rented.
I/We understand that if I/we am/are on a month to month tenancy and am/are planning on moving out mid-month, I/we must pay the full tenant contribution of rent on or before the first day of my/our last month of occupancy. My/our rent will be pro-rated based on the number of days the unit is occupied, and I/we will be refunded the unused portion of rent. I/we understand that I/we will be responsible for rent for at least 30 days from the date of this notice.
I/We understand that if I/we do not pay the final month's rent on or before the first of the final month of occupancy, it will be considered a breach of lease and I/we will be charged accordingly.
I/We understand that a member of the management staff will contact me/us to schedule a move-out inspection, to take place immediately prior to return of possession of the unit to the landlord. If I/we choose not to participate in the move-out inspection, I/we will accept the evaluation of the manager as to the condition in which I/we left the unit.
I/We give permission to T&L Properties to inspect and show my/our unit during the notice period and to enter the unit between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM if I/we am/are not home. I/we understand that no further notice to enter will be provided to enter for these purposes, however management will attempt to provide as much notice as possible in advance of showing the unit.
