NEOHO is excited to offer new professionals and graduate students an opportunity to apply for professional development support from the organization through the Jack Fahey Professional Development Scholarship.
Award recipients may use funds received for growth and professional development opportunities such as attending GLACUHO, ACUHO-I, OCPA, ACPA or other conferences/events that will serve to further their residence life and student affairs experience.
In order to be eligible, applicants must be graduate students or new professionals (1-3 years) from NEOHO member institutions in good financial standing.
Professional Development Scholarship recipients will be required to present a session at the NEOHO RA conference at the winter meeting following the announcement of the award. If for any reason a recipient does not attend the event for which they were awarded support, scholarship funds must be returned to NEOHO.
The deadline for application submission is Friday, October 13, 2017. Review of applications will begin immediately and scholarship will be awarded at the Fall Business Meeting at Lake Erie College.
