Chicken parmesan; Caprese stuffed portabella mushroom; pasta marinara; carrots, zucchini, summer squash coins; spinach strawberry & Mandarin orange salad - a bed of Spinach topped with sliced strawberries, Mandarin oranges and red onions served with poppyseed dressing on the side. Dessert station assorted Pies, trifle, cake, & cookies. Rolls with butter served with coffee, tea, and water.
