Thank you for incorporating a career readiness assignment into your course. The systematic integration of career readiness into academics is considered a best practice and ultimately contributes to our students having a positive career outcome.
Please complete the information request and be sure to inform your students that they should visit the Career Center (Student Union, lower level) for all assignments involving a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile review. No appointment is needed for these assignments as students can visit us during drop-in hours which are currently Monday-Thursday from 9 am - 4 pm and Friday from 9 am - 3 pm.
For mock interview assignments, it is necessary for students to schedule an appointment through Handshake so that we can adequately accommodate and staff these requests. Inform your students to choose the appointment type “mock interview.”
