Field Study Trip Request Information

Available Monday - Friday 9 am - 3 pm 

Minimum of 15 participants, maximum 60 participants while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

Self-Guided Exploration pricing is available for schools, homeschool groups, and after-school programs for children Pre-K-12th grade only. To register an adult or college group to visit the garden, please contact Stephanie Sellers: ssellers@brit.org 

Most Self-Guided Explorations are booked for the first choice date; we request a second date as a precaution. Sharing your expected arrival time helps our front desk staff prepare.

Please list your best current estimate for participants in each category. We understand that this may be adjusted over the course of the registration process, and ask that your numbers be finalized by the payment due date, 14 days before the visit.
 
Adult Chaperones: Minimum requirement of one chaperone per 10 students. The required chaperones will be registered free of charge, please review your confirmation email and invoice to see these listed. Any additional adult chaperones registered with the group will be $6 each*. 
* 504 accommodating adults are free
 
Any unregistered guests joining a group on the day of a Self-Guided Field Study Trip will pay the regular garden admission of $12. We strongly recommend registering all adults to save time and money.
