To request an internal reservation, please fill out the form below in its entirety.

Layout details are due to the Events team no later than 2 weeks before the series' event date or first session date. Please email the layout requirements to events@FWBG.org. 
Indoor venues are listed in alphabetical order.

Once submitted, this form will go to the Event/Rental team to be approved and entered on the staff calendar.

Please allow up to two business days for a response from the Event/Rental team. If you need to cancel a previously scheduled internal reservation, please email the Event/Rental team at events@fwbg.org
