Payment is due no later than 2 weeks before the day of your scheduled Field Study Trip.
Cost is calculated per group by number of students and registered adults.
Pre-K—12th Grade GROW-Guided Field Study Trip:
$7 per student. $140 minimum for groups of 20 or fewer.
Adult Chaperones: Minimum requirement of 1 chaperone per 10 students; offered free of charge. Any additional adults registered with the group will be $5 each*.
Any unregistered adult joining on the day of a Field Study Trip at FWBG will pay the regular garden admission of $12.
* 504 accommodating adults are free
Payment: Payment is due two weeks prior to your trip. Pay by credit card, check, or purchase order. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel.
Cancellations: Up to 14 days prior to the field study trip, a full refund is offered. If you must cancel, no refund is offered less than 14 days prior to the field study trip. In extreme weather situations a rescheduling option may be available. We reserve the right to cancel your scheduled Field Trip if payment is not received by the given deadline.
