Cancellations Policy
- Cancelation must be made in writing.
- If exhibitor cancels before June 1st, a $250 cancellation fee applies.
- NO REFUNDS after June 1st.
 
Completion of this application for exhibitor participation serves as acknowledgement and willful participation of the Terms and Conditions, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary for the success of the event, provided these do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. This contract shall be considered binding upon verification to applicant that their order has been received.
