Exhibitor Representatives:  

All exhibitor reps must be members of IABTI (www.iabti.org/join).
 
Booths include complimentary access to exhibit hall functions that occur during exhibit hours for up to two exhibitor representatives.  Additional exhibitor reps are $300 each.  You may register and pay for additional booth personnel here. (for more than 2 additional reps, please email accounting@iabti.org)

In addition to exhibit hall functions, this also includes:
-Monday's Welcome Reception:  2 drink tickets/person
-Tuesday's Evening Reception:  2 drink tickets/person

Because your sponsorship includes a booth space (or two), the "Current Total" above may be incorrect (due to system limitations).  If it is, PLEASE select the "I need an invoice option" and we will contact you for payment.  THANK YOU for your understanding and patience!!
To accommodate and show appreciation to our regular suppliers who prefer to pay by check, we have included an option to be invoiced.  If you select that option, please ensure that your payment is remitted timely and no later than June 1st.  
 
Cancellations must be made in writing. If the exhibitor cancels space before June 1st, a 50% cancellation fee will be withheld. Refunds after June 1st will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Completion of this application for exhibitor participation serves as acknowledgement and willful participation of the Terms and Conditions, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary for the success of the event, provided these do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. This contract shall be considered binding upon verification to applicant that their order has been received.
