Terms of Payment
To accommodate and show appreciation to our regular suppliers who prefer to pay by check, we have included an option to be invoiced. Please note: Booths will not be assigned until Purchase Order/Payment is received in full. So, should you wish to be invoiced, please ensure that payment is remitted timely and no later than April 1st.
Cancellations must be made in writing. If the exhibitor cancels space before June 1, 2019, there will be a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the space assigned. Refunds will not be granted after June 1, 2019. Completion this application for exhibit space, serves as acknowledgement and willful participation of the Terms and Conditions and general regulations, contained in the 2019 Exhibitor Prospectus, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary for the success of the exhibit, provided these do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. This contract shall be considered binding upon verification to applicant that exhibit space has been assigned.
