Details:

·   This is a "trade show" style event.  It will be indoors.  No live shots. Evening hours.

·   Includes 6' table, 2 chairs and electric drop.

·   $400 fee charged will help pay for food & beverages during the two evening tradeshow.

·   Fee includes one representative per company.  Additional reps are $50 each.

·   6' Table exhibit spaces will be assigned on-site at the event, first-come, first pick.

·   There are limited supplies here; we will NOT have:  pipe & drape, audiovisual equipment, wi-fi for purchase, etc. (please bring extension cords/power strips)

·   There is NO room block for this event. Hotel reservations are on your own.  There is a Best Western in Winter Park and about five miles from the venue.

·   Shipping information will be provided.  Please note, this is a remote location.  FedEx does not deliver daily.  Please plan in advance.

Terms of Payment
Booth space will be guaranteed on a first-paid basis. On the next page you will have the option to:
*pay by credit card; whereby you will receive an email shortly thereafter with your receipt.  
*pay by PO/Check.  If you select this option, you will receive your related invoice via email. 
 
Booth location will be determined on-site; on a first arrival, first pick basis.  
 
Exhibit space will not be granted unless payment is received, in full by March 31, 2019. 
 
Cancellations must be made in writing. If the exhibitor cancels space before March 31, 2019, there will be a charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the space assigned. Refunds will not be granted after March 31, 2019. Completion of this application for exhibit space indicates the applicant’s willingness to comply with all of the IABTI's regular exhibit Terms and Conditions and general regulations, as well as such additional rules and regulations as the management deems necessary for the success of the exhibit, provided these do not materially alter the exhibitor’s contractual rights. This contract shall be considered binding upon receipt of payment.
