· This is a "trade show" style event. It will be indoors. No live shots. Evening hours.
· Includes 6' table, 2 chairs and electric drop.
· $400 fe charged will help pay for food & beverages during the two evening tradeshow.
· Fee includes one representative per company. Additional reps are $50 each.
· 6' Table exhibit spaces will be assigned on-site at the event, first-come, first pick.
· There are limited supplies here; we will NOT have: pipe & drape, audiovisual equipment, wi-fi for purchase, etc. (please bring extension cords/power strips)
· There is NO room block for this event. Hotel reservations are on your own. There is a Best Western in Winter Park and about five miles from the venue.
· Shipping information will be provided. Please note, this is a remote location. FedEx does not deliver daily. Please plan in advance.
