does hereby agree to abide by the following rules and regulations regarding the School/PTO Social/Dances to be held for the 2023-2024 school year in the Galvin Cafe at the Galvin Middle School. As all PTO/School socials/dances are school sponsored events, students are expected to follow the guidelines/rules as outlined in the student handbook. Students who do not follow the handbook rules at these events may be subject to removal from the social/dance and suspended from attending future events. Socials/Dances are open to Galvin Middle School students only. In all social/dance events students cannot leave early without parent/guardian permission. All socials/dances will be supervised by school personnel.
