NOTE: In the baptism of infants, parents take responsibility for choosing a sponsor who will serve
as good witness for living the Gospel of Christ. CIC 872. Both Godparents need to have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist & Confirmation in the Catholic Church, or at least one Godparent. (All Non-Catholic will serve as a Christian Witness and not as a Godparent and their name won’t be in the certificate or sacrament record.) If Godparents are married in the Catholic Church, they will need to provide proof of a marriage or if single will need proof of the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Catholic Church. Only one male and one female Godparent will be recognize and can come foward at the time of the Baptism. Other family and friends may stand in their pew at the time of the baptism.

Baptism Preparation class, service and other information

Due to serving at multiple workship places, our Priest and Deacons have a new schedule with dates and times of services. After filling out this form the parents will receive an email from the sacramental coordinator to set up the class and service date. Both parents are required to take the baptism preparation class if it's been more than 5 years since the last class. Godparents are also requires to take the preparartion class if it's been more than 1 year. We are still requireing all guest to wear a mask and social distancing.
