Thank you for your interest to trade at the 2024 Festival of Sails. Food and Beverage applications must be completed by midnight,  Friday 24 November 2023.
The outcome of your application will be advised in late November. Applicants who satisfy all criteria and are of exceptional quality may be advised earlier. 
All successful applicants are required to pay the full site fee by the due date on their invoice.  Non-payment will result in the site being forfeited and the next vendor on the waiting list offered your position.

NB: This form is for Food and Beverage operators only. Other vendors must complete the Market & Display Form.

Site & Trading Preferences

There are two areas of trade available. Please indicate which area you are applying for. (Multiple selections ok, you will be contacted to confirm your preference if selected). Trading in each area is for all 3 days, single day applications not accepted. 
Regatta Village serves as the central hub for over 3,000 sailors. It is open to the public, with tickets required for entry after 6:00 pm. This vibrant area offers a mix of music and entertainment. Attendees can enjoy the festive atmosphere with shaded marquees and comfortable seating. Live entertainment begins at noon and extends into the late hours on both Friday and Saturday, concluding at 6 pm on Sunday."
Stony Pier Lane (Exhibitors Lane) In 2024, the Festival of Sails entrance will shift westward to Fairnie Park, with Stony Pier Lane, also nown as Exhibitors Lane, taking on a new role. It will feature a diverse array of maritime-themed exhibitors and culinary options. Both the general public and participants will traverse this area to reach the Festival. Food vendors operating here will be responsible for providing their own power generators."

Promotional Information

This information will be used to promote your stall at the event if your application is successful. It is also used by the organising commitee to view your stall at other events to assist in the decision making process. Please provide as much information as possible to ensure your application is assessed adequately. 


I will have current Public Liability insurance coverage during the 2024 Festival of Sails (minimum $20m) * 🛈

I am or will be registered with the City of Greater Geelong or Streatrader as a mobile food business * 🛈
If requesting a powered site, all electrical equipment will have current Appliance Test Tags valid within 3 months of the event. 🛈
