Thank you for your interest to trade at the 2024 Festival of Sails. Food and Beverage applications must be completed by midnight, Friday 24 November 2023.

The outcome of your application will be advised in late November. Applicants who satisfy all criteria and are of exceptional quality may be advised earlier.

All successful applicants are required to pay the full site fee by the due date on their invoice. Non-payment will result in the site being forfeited and the next vendor on the waiting list offered your position.

The Festival of Sails is part of the "Clean Regatta" Program, aimed at reducing waste and plastic that ends up in our oceans. A part of this is our strict NO STRAW policy. No vendors will be permitted to use plastic straws at the event (paper straws accepted). Please provide information below on how your stall already, or intends to, reduce the use of plastic at the event (examples are using wooden cutlery instead of plastic). Vendors who can show a commitment to reducing waste and sustainability will be highly favoured. *

AREA DESCRIPTIONS

Regatta Village serves as the central hub for over 3,000 sailors. It is open to the public, with tickets required for entry after 6:00 pm. This vibrant area offers a mix of music and entertainment. Attendees can enjoy the festive atmosphere with shaded marquees and comfortable seating. Live entertainment begins at noon and extends into the late hours on both Friday and Saturday, concluding at 6 pm on Sunday."

Stony Pier Lane (Exhibitors Lane) In 2024, the Festival of Sails entrance will shift westward to Fairnie Park, with Stony Pier Lane, also nown as Exhibitors Lane, taking on a new role. It will feature a diverse array of maritime-themed exhibitors and culinary options. Both the general public and participants will traverse this area to reach the Festival. Food vendors operating here will be responsible for providing their own power generators."
