Thank you for your interest to trade at the 2024 Festival of Sails. Market and Display applications must be completed by close of business on Thursday 30 November 2023.
The outcome of your application will be advised as soon as possible.  Applicants who satisfy all criteria and are of exceptional quality may be advised earlier. 
All successful applicants are required to pay the full site fee by the due by date on their invoice. Non-payment will result in the site being forfeited and the next vendor on the waiting list offered your position. 
Please ensure you select which packages you are applying for. For more information on pricing and packages, download the Invitation to Trade from the Festival of Sails website. 
NB: This form is for Market & Display operators only.  Food vendors must complete the Food & Beverage  Form.

Eastern Beach Boardwalk - Pop up market area. No power available. Vendors required to bring their own marquees and pack down each night to set up each morning. The area operates from 10am til 5pm (can trade later in daylight hours if you wish) and is completely free and open at all times.

Promotional Information

This information will be used to promote your stall at the event if your application is successful. It is also used by the organising commitee to view your stall at other events to assist in the decision making process. Please provide as much information as possible to ensure your application is assessed adequately.
