The PATHS Mentorship Program connects LGBTQ+ STEAM professionals with community members interested in pursuing STEAM careers. The program consists of monthly mentorship workshops in which mentees meet with a rotating group of mentors from various STEAM fields to speak with them directly about their experience, seek advice, and ask questions.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for this grant, applicants must:
1. Identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community
2. Be a current or former STEAM professional
3. Commit to regular participation and attendence in PATHS Mentorship monthly workshops and events
